The first weekend of every December is the Scottish Walk, a local parade in Old Town Alexandria. JGN wears his kilt. The parade has pipe and drum bands and contingents of Clans (wearing their tartans) and Dogs (terriers, westies, shelties, airedales, scottish deer hounds, king charles spaniels), and various local groups.
